After 4 months travelling in northern Australia we needed a few minor repairs and a replacement fridge. The crew at LRV Perth were outstanding in helping us to get this work done under warranty.  They communicated with us regularly and at all times were polite and approachable. Thankyou to Tayla for her friendly communication and Ben for organising the work and doing the handover. Unbelievable customer service, we would 100% recommend Luxury RV's WA to anyone looking for a new or top quality used van. We've never experienced the level of customer service and quality vans as we have here. From the very beginning when I enquired by phone right up until we drove away with our van, every member of staff treated us with the upmost respect and all were extremely knowledgeable.

Highly recommend Luxury RV's WA. From the outset their service was outstanding and the quality of their vans available for sale is high end.  We are very happy with our purchase and really appreciate the excellent service from the whole team but in particular Luke, Dallas, Clare and Fiona.  We could not fault the excellent sales and handover provided by Jason.  He took his time to explain everything and nothing was too much trouble. In the first proper downpour our new van, which was a demo van, unfortunately had a leak in the roof hatch over our club lounge.
I nervously let LuxuryRVS now via email that we have a problem.
The following events then happened: 1. Within 2 hours I got a phone call from them to arrange to get the van to them asap. 2. I dropped the van off and met with Megan who took detailed notes on the problem.  3. Within a week I was contacted and told the hatch has cracks, they have already put in a warranty repair claim, they have made a temporary repair, tested it in a rain chamber, and told me to come an fetch a waterproof van at my earliest convenience.  4.  When warranty claim sorted they will fit the new hatch.
WHAT….. GREAT……. SERVICE.
That’s why we bought a Retreat, and thank you to LuxuryRVS in Rockingham for being all over problems like this.
